If your business operations include partnerships with other vendors for additional services, the coordination and communication among these parties will need to be managed internally within your organization.

At our agency, we require that account access be delegated through secure platforms whenever possible. MICRO MANAGEMENT

 

NO, micro management reduces our efficiency and will not be tolerated.  By partnering with our agency, you are embracing the true value proposition of our expertise and intellectual property.  Digital Marketing requires strategy, software, human capital, experience, and layers of application in order to drive success.  Not only will we not tolerate micro management, we will invoice for added time spent with clients who insist upon this notion.  

 

Our hourly rate is billable at $350 per hour and will be automatically billed to the payment method on file within 1 business day of any notated occurrence. 

 

Examples of micro management include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Constantly checking in on Project Managers/Marketing Specialists and asking for detailed progress reports multiple times a day.
  • Dictating exactly how tasks should be done without allowing for any input or flexibility from the Project Managers/Marketing Specialists.
  • Monitoring the Project Managers/Marketing Specialists’ every move, such as tracking their computer activity or timing their breaks.
  • Assigning tasks that are below a Project Manager’s/Marketing Specialist’s skill level and not allowing them to take on more challenging work.
  • Not trusting Project Managers/Marketing Specialists to make decisions and constantly second-guessing their choices.
  • Insisting on being copied on all emails or being included in every meeting, even if it’s not necessary.
  • Not providing autonomy or room for growth, and instead, always directing every aspect of a Project Manager’s/Marketing Specialist’s work.
  • Being overly critical and focusing on minor details rather than the overall outcome.
  • Purposefully being insubordinate or creating “busywork” to undermine the Project Manager’s/Marketing Specialist’s authority or effectiveness.
  • Ignoring the expertise and ideas of Project Managers/Marketing Specialists, and instead, always imposing your own way of doing things.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Exceptions can be assessed on a case by case basis, but we will not be held responsible or accountable for unrelated tasks or duties that are inapplicable or irrelevant to our service agreements (proposals).

 

If a service that is requested is currently offered by our agency, the respective service can be added on to the current billing plan at the suggested retail price as stated on our company website.  Services outside of those offerings will not be rendered or consulted.

 

SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS WE USE

Consequently, we are not obligated to familiarize ourselves with or adopt software that falls outside our operational ecosystem. 

 

This focus allows us to maintain a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in our work, ensuring that we leverage tools and systems that are integral to our service delivery. We appreciate your understanding that any software requirements outside of our selected range may need to be managed independently or with other specialists who are more aligned with those specific tools.
