At Krest Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth process, we have outlined our cancellation policy below. Please review it carefully.
Cancellation Notice:
A minimum of 15 calendar days’ written notice is required to cancel digital marketing services. The notice period begins on the day we receive your cancellation request. Written notices should be sent to support@krestmarketing.com.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel services, email your written request to support@krestmarketing.com. Include the following:
1.Your full name.
2.Contact information.
3.A clear statement of your intent to cancel.
Who May Cancel.
Cancellation requests must be submitted only by the Account Owner/Signer listed on the executed Agreement (the “Authorized Party”). Requests from staff, contractors, or third-party vendors will not be accepted.
How to Cancel.
The Authorized Party must (a) submit written notice from the registered email on file or via the secure client portal, and (b) complete a brief exit review (10–15 minutes) to provide the business rationale for cancellation and confirm account handoff details.
Effective Date.
Cancellation becomes effective after (i) the exit review is completed, and (ii) all outstanding balances are paid through the end of the then-current billing term and any required notice period. If the exit review is not completed within 7 days of our scheduling outreach, the cancellation effective date may be deferred until completion.
Verification & Security.
We may require identity verification (e.g., driver’s license, corporate email verification, or e-signature) to prevent unauthorized cancellations.
Exceptions.
If the Authorized Party is unavailable due to incapacity, separation from the company, or similar circumstances, a duly authorized corporate officer may cancel upon providing written proof of authority (e.g., board resolution, corporate minutes, or updated signatory documentation).
No Service Interruption Workarounds.
Attempts to circumvent this policy (e.g., asking staff or vendors to instruct us to stop work) will not constitute cancellation. Billing and services will continue until the policy above is satisfied.
Cancellation Charges:
If 15 days’ notice is not provided, you will be charged the full amount for the following month’s services. These charges are non-refundable.
Service Termination:
Once we receive your cancellation notice, services will continue until the end of the 15-day notice period unless otherwise requested. Any work completed during this time will be billable.
Cancellation Fee:
Charges for the following month’s services will serve as a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is provided. These fees are final and cannot be disputed with your bank or credit card provider.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. If you have prepaid for services beyond the notice period, a prorated refund may be issued for unused services.
Policy Modifications:
We reserve the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
