These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Marketing Realists LLC, doing business as Krest Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
Krest Marketing provides digital marketing services, including website development, hosting, SEO, and related services, delivered as a fully managed solution.
All plans constitute an active service agreement and are subject to these Terms regardless of billing frequency.
All services require active payment. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services, including website access and SEO work.
All websites developed by Krest Marketing must remain within our managed hosting environment during the active service term.
If a client discontinues any associated marketing services but retains their website with Krest Marketing, the account will automatically transition to a website hosting and support plan at a rate of $199 per month.

If the client requests assistance with exporting, migrating, and relaunching the website on a new hosting provider, a one-time fee of $500 will apply.

Krest Marketing maintains control over hosting infrastructure, backend systems, and technical configurations. Full administrative access may be restricted.
Ownership is granted only after fulfillment of the service agreement or completion of a buyout.

Clients must follow all cancellation procedures, including notice requirements. Cancellation does not remove financial obligations or grant ownership rights.
All payments are non-refundable.
Clients may not replicate, interfere with, or misuse any website or system created by Krest Marketing.
Krest Marketing shall not be liable for damages beyond the total amount paid for services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, with venue in Orange County.
