MEETINGS

All meetings are conducted virtually via platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. This ensures efficiency while mitigating risks like illness or tardiness. For virtual meeting details, visit:

Attendance at internal client meetings is not guaranteed unless directly relevant to the services we provide. Clients are encouraged to share outcomes or questions via established communication channels.

 

EXTERNAL VENDORS

For clients not subscribed to our Enterprise-level services, we do not coordinate with third-party vendors. Our focus remains on providing exceptional digital marketing solutions directly to you. Managing additional vendor collaborations will be the responsibility of your internal team.

 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST. Communications received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

 

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We do not provide email hosting or SPAM protection services. Clients are responsible for securing their email systems and ensuring domain renewals.

 

DOMAINS

Krest Marketing does not host or manage domains. Clients are responsible for selecting, registering, and renewing their domains to maintain website accessibility. We may request delegated domain access to connect our services, but ownership and maintenance remain the client’s responsibility.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROFESSIONALISM

Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, approvals, and responses that directly impact the performance of our marketing services. Willful neglect of material information, refusal to collaborate, or insubordination that undermines our ability to deliver services will be documented and addressed. If such behavior continues, Krest Marketing reserves the right to terminate the agreement without refund and bill for any associated costs incurred due to delays or inefficiencies caused by client actions. Maintaining mutual respect and accountability is essential for achieving the desired outcomes.

 

MICRO-MANAGEMENT POLICY

We value trust in our expertise. Micro-management is counterproductive and will incur a billable rate of $350 per hour for excessive oversight or interference. Examples include unnecessary progress checks, dictating task execution, and repeated involvement in minor details.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Our services include SEO, Google Ads, social media management, website development, and email marketing. Requests outside the scope of your purchased services will not be accommodated unless formally added to your billing plan.

 

AI INTEGRATION

We leverage AI to enhance personalization, efficiency, and insight across our services. From predictive SEO tools to AI-optimized ad campaigns, our integration of AI ensures your brand remains competitive. AI implementation is a core part of our approach, enabling innovative and impactful results.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY AND TIMELINESS

Clients must maintain proper response rates to our communications, ensuring collaboration and efficiency. Non-responsiveness or account abandonment will not exempt clients from monthly service fees or balances.

 

AFTER-HOURS COMMUNICATION

For urgent after-hours issues, use our support portal or website chatbot. These are monitored, and critical matters will be prioritized.

 

OUR SERVICES: DONE-FOR-YOU

We provide expert execution of marketing strategies but do not offer training or “how-to” resources. Our focus is delivering professional results aligned with your business goals.

 

SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS

Our team works exclusively with selected software to ensure efficiency. Familiarization with client-specific tools outside our ecosystem is not part of our service offerings.

 

EXTERNALITIES

While we strive for precision, external factors like erroneous calls or brand confusion may occasionally occur. These are often beyond our control. Open communication with us can help address and mitigate such issues effectively.

 

PUNCTUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

To uphold our high standards, clients must respond to Krest Marketing communications within 24–48 hours. Timely and honest communication ensures we can meet your expectations.
