HOW WE WORK

About Our Business

At Krest Marketing, we partner exclusively with clients committed to success and long-term growth.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality marketing solutions that elevate businesses into the top 10% of their industries.

Please note: Internal costs, processes, and profitability are proprietary and confidential.

Communication and Support

Phone and SMS: For urgent matters, please call (888) 839-4640. To maintain professionalism and workflow, please avoid texting individual employees.

Support Requests: All service requests, inquiries, and revisions must be submitted through our official system:

👉 krestmarketing.com/support

Requests are addressed within 1–2 business days depending on complexity, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.

Meetings

All meetings are conducted virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. Meetings are limited to services covered under your agreement with Krest Marketing.

External Vendors

Unless enrolled in an Enterprise-level plan, Krest Marketing does not coordinate with external vendors. Vendor management is the client’s responsibility.

Authorized Points of Contact & Conflict of Interest Policy

  1. Authorized Points of Contact

Krest Marketing (the “Agency”) will only accept campaign direction, approvals, or modification requests from the Authorized Client Representative(s) listed in the Agreement or confirmed in writing by company ownership. Communications, approvals, or directions from other employees, assistants, or outside consultants are not binding unless pre-approved in writing by the Authorized Client Representative.

  2. Conflict of Interest

To protect both parties’ interests and maintain the integrity of our work, the Agency reserves the right to determine whether any individual employed by or affiliated with the Client represents a potential conflict of interest.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where an employee, contractor, or associate:

    • Recommends or refers a friend, relative, or outside vendor to replace or compete with the Agency’s services;

    • Attempts to obtain access to proprietary campaign data, performance reports, or trade strategies for non-authorized purposes;

    • Directly interferes with the scope of services under this Agreement.

  3. Agency Right to Escalate

If the Agency determines that a conflict of interest or interference exists, it may escalate the matter directly to company ownership or pause services pending clarification. The Agency may also require confirmation that future communications will occur only through the Authorized Representative(s).

  4. Preservation of Campaign Integrity

The Client agrees that marketing strategy decisions, advertising access, and account credentials remain under the joint control of the Agency and Authorized Representative(s). Unauthorized changes, interference, or vendor access may result in service suspension or termination for cause under this Agreement.

Hours of Operation

  • Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
  • Communications received outside of business hours will be handled the next business day.

Email Communication

Please submit all work requests through our support system. We do not provide email hosting or SPAM filtering services. Clients are responsible for managing their own systems and domain renewals.

Domain Management

Clients are responsible for registering, renewing, and managing domain names. Krest Marketing may request delegated access for service connection, but domain ownership remains with the client.

Client Responsibilities and Professionalism

Clients must provide timely approvals, access, and responses. Failure to collaborate effectively may result in termination without refund and recovery of administrative costs.

Client Onboarding and Information Collection

Client onboarding forms are required to begin services. Billing starts from the service start date outlined in your agreement, regardless of onboarding completion.

Micro-Management Policy

Excessive oversight or micromanagement incurs a consulting fee of $350/hour. Our processes are designed for efficiency and success.

Work Process and Fulfillment Model

We operate proactively, delivering campaigns and assets strategically over time for ongoing optimization and results improvement.

Work Requests, Revisions, and Business Changes

All updates must be submitted via the Support Portal. Processing times:

  • Social Media Content Revisions:

Revisions are typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on the scope and nature of the request. Please note that all revision timelines are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality and alignment with your overall strategy.

As your creative partner, we retain full creative control to maintain consistency, effectiveness, and brand integrity across all content. While we welcome constructive feedback, we will not accommodate excessive or unreasonable revision requests that disrupt workflow or compromise the creative direction.

Our goal is to collaborate efficiently and deliver content that performs—without allowing the revision process to become counterproductive.

  • Ad Campaign Adjustments: 2–4 business days (depending on complexity)
  • Krest Marketing App Workflow Customizations: Case-by-case basis

⚠️ Dispute and Credit Card Chargeback Policy

Filing a credit card dispute without first providing a cancellation request and/or contacting our customer support team will result in a $500 convenience charge.

  • This charge reflects the fees we incur from our merchant processor to handle your dispute.

  • The $500 fee is in addition to any outstanding balance owed on your account.

  • To avoid unnecessary fees, clients must communicate directly with our support team to resolve billing or cancellation matters before initiating a dispute.

  • If a dispute is filed, services may be suspended immediately until the matter is resolved.

  • Accounts that remain unpaid or unresolved after a dispute may be referred to collections. Clients will be responsible for any additional costs, legal fees, or administrative charges incurred during the collection process.

  • Email Marketing

Requests outside your contracted services require a formal service upgrade.

AI Integration

We leverage AI across services to enhance personalization, automation, and strategic decision-making.

Accountability and Timeliness

Clients must respond within 24–48 hours. Lack of response does not pause billing obligations. Continued non-responsiveness may incur administrative action.

Our Services: Done-For-You

We deliver complete marketing execution. Training and tutorials are not included unless separately contracted.

We work exclusively within our selected software platforms for efficiency. Familiarization with client-specific tools is not included unless agreed upon.

Externalities

Third-party listing errors, external system issues, and brand confusion are external risks. We assist in mitigation where possible but cannot guarantee control over such factors.

Inbound SPAM

We are not responsible for any unsolicited messages, spam emails, or contact form submissions received through the Client’s website, CRM system, or email accounts.

Our services do not include spam monitoring, filtering, or mitigation of inbound spam traffic directed to the Client’s platforms. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Contact form spam (including bot submissions)

  • Unsolicited marketing emails received by the Client

  • Fake or spam leads generated through any digital channel

  • Abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent submissions to forms or inboxes

The Client is solely responsible for implementing spam protection tools such as CAPTCHA, third-party email filters, or security plugins on their website or systems.

File Management

•All images must be clearly named and stored in a Google Drive folder.
(Example: projectname_before.jpg, kitchen_remodel_after.jpg)

•Clients are required to submit fully organized folders when providing images for social media posts, ads, or other creative tasks.

•We will not reorganize, rename, or sort your files. Properly labeled files and organized folders are required to avoid production delays.

Task Requests & Workflow

•All work requests must be submitted as support tickets through our official support page.

•Each support ticket generates a task in our system, which we fulfill on a first-come, first-served basis.
•Our standard turnaround time for most creative work is 2–3 business days.

•Submissions that do not follow required file organization or are missing tickets may be delayed.

Collaboration Policy

•As a Certified ClickUp Power User agency, we may require clients to utilize and collaborate within a ClickUp board, based on project scope and communication needs.

•At our discretion, a ClickUp board may be created for your project to ensure proper communication, file sharing, and task tracking where we determine it necessary.

•Using ClickUp ensures project transparency and helps avoid missed details or delayed approvals.
